1. About MediaBooster

MediaBooster is an online job board platform operated by Flomics Ventures LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Illinois, United States.

We operate a global job board that connects employers with job seekers worldwide. We accept customers and users from all countries worldwide.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, posting a job, or otherwise using MediaBooster, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organisation
• You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• You have read and understood these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy

3. Employer Accounts

Registration

To post a job, you must create an employer account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Ensure your contact information remains current and accurate
• You are responsible for all content posted under your account

4. Job Postings

Accuracy

You warrant that all information in your job posting is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. This includes job title, salary range, location, requirements, and company information.

Prohibited Postings

The following are strictly prohibited on MediaBooster:

• Fraudulent, misleading, or fictitious job listings
• Listings that require applicants to pay any upfront fees or purchase products
• Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM) requiring investment, or ponzi schemes
• Discriminatory listings based on race, gender, religion, national origin, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic
• Adult content, illegal activities, or listings that violate applicable employment law
• Listings designed to harvest personal information from applicants

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without notice or refund.

Content Licence

By posting a job listing, you grant Flomics Ventures LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your listing on our platform and through our marketing channels.

5. Plans and Pricing

Available Plans

• Basic (Free): 1 job posting, 30-day duration, standard placement
• Featured ($29 per post): 1 job posting, 60-day duration, gold badge, priority in search results
• Premium ($49 per post): 1 job posting, 90-day duration, purple badge, top placement, homepage feature

Payment

All paid plans require upfront payment before activation. We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). International customers may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider — Flomics Ventures LLC is not responsible for these fees.

Activation

Paid listings are activated within 1 business hour of confirmed payment. The listing duration begins from the date of activation, not the date of submission.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charge: If you are charged more than once for the same listing, we will refund the duplicate charge within 5 business days
• Technical failure: If we are unable to activate your listing due to a technical fault on our end within 48 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund
• Fraudulent charge: If you did not authorise a charge, please contact us immediately at billing@mediabooster.us

To request a refund, email billing@mediabooster.us with your job ID and payment confirmation. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the charge.

7. International Users

MediaBooster is available to employers and job seekers worldwide. By using our platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including employment advertising laws, anti-discrimination laws, and data protection regulations.

• EU / EEA users: Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy which is GDPR-compliant
• UK users: We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
• Australian users: We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988
• Canadian users: We comply with PIPEDA

Job listings must comply with employment advertising laws in the country where the role is based. It is your responsibility to ensure your listing meets local legal requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on MediaBooster — including the design, logo, code, and platform features — is the property of Flomics Ventures LLC and protected by US and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You represent that you have the right to grant us the licence described in Section 4.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

MediaBooster is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the platform will be available at all times or error-free
• That job listings will receive a specific number of applications
• The accuracy or legitimacy of any job listing posted by third parties
• The suitability of any candidate who applies through the platform

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flomics Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your listing in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Chicago, Illinois under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Active paid listings that are terminated due to a violation of these Terms will not be refunded.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
